The company was first incorporated in companies house in the UK in 2004. Under new management and ownership the company started a new vision in 2008. The business plan was based on developing a professional consultancy service to the lubricants industry. Many smaller oil companies rely on the technical services provided by their suppliers. These technical services are provided by suppliers with their particular bias in order to keep the purchaser loyal to that supplier. By providing an independent technical support service these smaller companies become free to purchase from the lowest cost source, allowing massive savings to be made.

Working with customers and their suppliers we have been building a portfolio. The portfolio contains; technical questions and tested solutions, providers of services and other technical help, suppliers of equipment, logistics support and many other useful contacts and solutions. These are published in our GURU database along with results of all our work programmes for customers to view and consult at their leisure.
